For example, I have X PDF's, I want to selectively grab pages from those Docx/PDF's and combine them into one... Is there an application for that? Something like a cut/paste or snipping parts that I want to review later?
I use ABBYY Fine Reader for that.
If you just want a mass merge of PDFs and don't need to edit anything out, I would use iLovePDF (free online service).

Does this also happen to paid access such as o1 or Scholar GPT?
For the limited amount of times I’ve used them, I don’t really come across “hallucination”. Rather, ChatGPT reads certain papers in a way normal person wouldn’t, which is slightly different from the “hallucination” issued you mentioned.
Also, I’ve heard from a Japanese immigration lawyer that all they care about is whether your diploma was issued by a university and whether it has the title “master” on it. I don’t know if the new law requiring Spanish propios (I mean propios taught in Spanish) to indicate “Master of Continued Education/Permenant Training” would change things though.
Yes. It happens to all language models on the market. My job until very recently was testing them specifically for stuff like hallucinations and "memory" span. Depending on how you use it you'll notice it less. They're also slowly getting better.
If they accept Isabel without a transcript then it sounds good. If they need a transcript, then ENEB certainly isn't a university, but I don't know how far they would really check that. When I went to Japan on a work visa, my company required me to submit my transcripts as well as the actual diploma to them, but I can't remember if that was an immigration rule or a company rule. I'll say it again though - I don't think Japanese Immigration is as strict or as thorough as most people believe.
That $20 new "academic verification" from ENEB they had up for sale during the Black Month sales? They sent out an Email saying the rollout is delayed but they hope to get it finished within the next 30 days.
