The video and its description at YouTube do not identify any executive order SNHU is violating. The description states,
The recorded conversation is about topics covered in SNHU courses, not about discriminatory treatment by SNHU, and in particular the conversation does not pertain to hiring and promotions.
Here is the text of Executive Order 14173, which does not appear to ban any topic from any course in federally-funded educational institutions.
As to the professor opining that Trump’s executive order is unconstitutional, they have the right to make that argument as do conservative professors to make conservative constitutional arguments.
The video is from James O’Keefe, famous for his bizarre scheme to sexually harass a young woman CNN reporter and film it, which he appeared to think would embarrass CNN.
