Gender and Race as Social Constructs

Well I identify as black then.

Lol, that’s race, not gender silly.

Race is a social construct and I identify as Black.

It is, except race is externally assigned and based on things like ancestry, culture, social hierarchies, etc. Gender is self-assigned.

So can anyone change their gender if they wish at any time?

For someone who thinks Sociology is “useless”, you sure do have alot of questions about it. Unfortunately, I am not in the position to be your personal tutor. I recommend taking an introductory class on the topic or even reading a book.
