With the Big 3, the best rule of thumb is usually to wait until the end of your testing to enroll. . . but with TESC I'm hearing of slow response times, so I would not quite that long-- If you have any classes to take near the end of your degree program (or can put them there), enroll just before starting the class(es). That way, you can be busily occupied while TESC takes its time to process your enrollment.
