"Not regionally accredited in the US" does leave it open to interpretation. It makes it sound as though they may have considered both the U1 diploma along with the ENEB diploma but decided that while it could be considered a recognized degree, there are certain aspects such as the propio status that kept them from giving it regionally accredited status. Yet, it is still a legitimate degree from the US with some type of state-authorized or nationally accredited status.
