Interesting comment. It's getting harder these days. Cosmetic surgeons are brilliant. I cannot tell if a person changed their gender. But my wife can identify them 100% of the time. At Starbucks or wherever, she would say, "that person used to be a guy". To me, I have to take a really close look. Usually it's the heavy jaw line, or the upper body size (shoulders, upper back) that gives away their gender.
