If I were you, I'd send the Credly transcript right now. BTW, bear in mind that the people at the TESU Registrar entering and mapping the credits really take some time lately. When you send it, it takes about 2 days until they send you an email that they received a transcript. After this email, it may take another 5 working days, but in some cases, it took 10 or more working days.
If you have such a huge amount of credits to send, do it now. I'm pretty sure they'll need some time to work through that.
Additionally, I don't know your current student status at TESU (not enrolled, applied and waiting, applied but not registered for any semester, etc.) Sending updated transcripts on a regular basis, especially in the case of ACE credits, helps you see which credits were accepted or not and which of them turn out to be upper-level or not (bear in mind that some lower-level ACE credits are - in very few cases - accepted as upper-level).
