I mean... you either pay with time or with money. What do you mean by hoops though? Isabel is recognized by the government in Spain and most FCEs will work with the diplomas from ENEB/UI1. Most employers won't ask for FCE though, just a diploma.

How long ago did you finish your degree? The UI1 digital diplomas should be free but they take a bit longer than the ENEB digital diplomas. Mine took almost 4 months after program completion, and about 2.5-3 months after receiving ENEB digital diplomas.

Can you go back and check your hotmart receipt or the ENEB purchase confirmation?

Hot mart receipt indicates nothing about diploma. 

I graduated a month ago. But so did a friend and hers came in 7 days from ENEB diploma. 

I am in the US and only have ENEB diploma and transcript to prove attendance. Not even sure how a prospective employer would verifiy with UI1
