Basically, for UoPeople... The most they accept is 90 credits for transfer or 75% of the undergraduate degree programs. Depending on what degree you're applying for, it's going to depend, if you're doing the Business or Comp Science, you shouldn't have a problem getting up to 90 credits with Coursera, Sophia.org and Study.com, etc...
For Health Science, it's the same, but the majority of the classes available from alternative options aren't sufficient enough to cover 90 credits or 75%, you'll have to take some classes elsewhere or complete them at UoPeople. Majority of people should get at least 60 credits in without issues, the last 30 to transfer over is going to be harder to find.
