ENEB New Master Thread

Has anyone here done an evaluation of the ENEB Double or Global Masters (with the Universidad Isabel I diploma) through either IEE or ECE?
I’m trying to figure out a few things:

1. Do they usually treat the ENEB/UI1 Double or Global Masters as equivalent to a U.S. bachelor’s, or something else?
   
2. For documents, do I need both the ENEB transcript and the UI1 diploma, or just the diploma?
   
3. Since the UI1 diploma is available through the ENEB dashboard, is that enough, or do evaluators also need the transcript showing courses/credits?
   
4. For ECE, is the cheaper Education Course Report ($185) enough, or do I need the Divisional Course Report ($225)?
   
5. For IEE, is the regular Course Report ($185) usually fine, or should I expect to need the Divisional ($225)?
   
6. Has anyone here recently gone through IEE and can confirm the current report pricing (Document, GPA, Course, Divisional)?
   
   

I just don’t want to waste money by picking the wrong report type or sending the wrong documents. Any firsthand experiences or advice would really help. Thanks!
