Has your relative submitted her documentation to the Admissions department yet? I'm asking because if she doesn't ENEB will not award her the MBA when she's done. It's happened before. Just a head's up.My relative has many years of documented work experience, yes.

Go ECE if you're looking for RA equivalent Bachelors, go IEE if you're looking for RA equivalent grad cert. It depends what your use case scenario is, grad school entry requirements, or transfer credit possibility...
If the goal is to use an RA equivalent bachelor’s for entry into a master’s program, is it better to evaluate all of the ENEB programs at once (for example, Global MBA plus three double master’s), or should I just pick one? Do evaluators treat them as four separate evaluations, or basically as one?
Also, if I did want grad credits in the future, would a full evaluation really help for places like Walden or Capella that accept a lot of transfer graduate credits?
I’ve also heard that some evaluators only accept the Universidad Isabel I diploma, while others may require transcripts from ENEB since UI1 does not send transcripts directly. Does anyone know if both are usually needed?
Evaluators typically look at all the documents you submit as a whole. For example, my 2 year AA and 3 year BA was evaluated as equivalent to an American 4 year BA, put together. That's why many will tell you that even if you have a US degree you should submit it along with your foreign degree, so they can consider all your education when put together. What I got back in my case was 2 "separate" evaluations, one claiming my European AA is not equivalent to a degree and the other claiming my European BA is equivalent to a degree, but they obviously made the decision looking at the two together.
Transcripts are usually needed. I would check the wiki page and decide which evaluator you're going to use first, and then see what you need for that. https://degreeforum.miraheze.org/wiki/ENEB
