Now that we have confirmation the Unimarconi offer is a Master Universitario di Primo Livello I started the process of asking UOC if that is good enough to do a doctorate there. I say started the process because after filling out the online form I had to go through 3 different craptchas before it submitted. You'd think that would be the end of it, but you'd be wrong. In order to actually submit your inquiry you have to click a confirmation link in an email they send you, and that process is broken on their end. Good job guys. Obviously I gave you a non-existent email address because I don't really want a response.
Pinged them on X because that seemed faster than emailing UOC's IT department to tell them the email confirmation is broken. Don't expect to hear anything over the weekend but hopefully there will be an answer sometime Monday.
If (and it's a still a big if) UOC takes the Unimarconi degree that would open a legitimate doctoral pathway from ENEB -> Unimarconi -> UOC for around $10k total. Assuming you finish the dissertation quickly enough and there aren't any hidden fees for non-Europeans, of course.
