Well, sounds like this to me:
The UniMaccaroni Master is another title/grade if you want to put that up your wall. You might get some credits thru evaluation, but can't use that italian paper to enter a PhD.
For me that would be not worth the money or the time.

I guess it differs, what you are looking for, if it is a good deal. Want another fancy diploma? Go for it. Want academic progression? Meh.
