I mean they are when you consider Azteca University validation of other institution's degrees because of these quality assurance accreditations. Some other institutions across the globe accept other institutions that are accredited with the same quality assurance accreditations and may do full degree validations under the table or accept their programs for transfer.
It may be considered an unusual way of doing things because that is not how we do them here in first world countries traditionally but it works for some. I would not recommend institutions that rely on this structure unless they are doing it for some form of professional development or life long learning. Otherwise, attend nationally and regionally accredited institutions from the start and complete gray area recognized institutions and programs for fun when you have all the foundational accredited degrees you need.
Unaccredited degrees and/or professional training completion evaluation equivalencies from foreign credential evaluators can still be beneficial for prior learning assessments to universities, Azteca or similar validation schemes, and resume building when framed appropriately. It just takes strategy but those who are not knowledgeable about these or patient enough to learn about them should stick with regionally accredited institutions.

Regional accreditation is the golden standard but international quality assurance accreditations are good for a backdoor way to equivalency to regional accreditation. Schools like Graham International University are good for continuing education as a foundation that can be built and validated with partner institutions for official degree standing. This also keeps the costs low for students across the globe.
Wouldn't it be it be proper to disclose (for the sake of transparency) that you're affiliated with this university and serve as a faculty member; https://university.fgjf.org/faculty-staff/ ? Many of the forum members are unaware of that fact.
As for validations, these are vague generalities. Which partner accredited universities validate Graham International University degrees and grant "official degree standing"?
Yes. I am affiliated with GIU as a professor waiting on a position there to become available.
As far as validations, while they are vague, there are some universities that will accept GIU for full transfer, validation degrees, etc. They are listed on GIU's website under its partners. Also, GIU is qualified for validation degrees with Universidad Azteca. The degree may be a propio (unaccredited program) for IEE although they have also given propios full recognition coming from Universidad Azteca and I believe SpanTran, (now called The Evaluation Company) would give it a completion of a program status. IEE and SpanTran use a lot of nuanced language leaning towards generally favorable results.
There are also some non-NACES and non-AICES evaluators that will give GIU degrees full recognition. I have yet to see one from NACES or AICE for GIU.
