They decided not to renew a bunch of their ACE recommendations recently. I assume it was because the courses were less popular and needed extensive updates. But I don't know that. Anyway, Comparative Politics and American Government were among the courses not renewed. I believe there is an American Government CLEP however. You could use the Saylor materials to prep for it and get a Modern States voucher to take the CLEP for free.
