ENEB New Master Thread

Some time ago, SpanTran (now known as The Evaluation Company, a NACES member) representatives participated in a TAICEP conference where they specifically used ENEB - Universidad Isabel I MBA (old diploma) as an example of a título propio.

Now ENEB is claiming that you can only get a proper título propio (a "university-specific degree" instead of a "university certification" award) after paying for a new upgrade. This doesn't sound very convincing to me. Their old diploma can still be verified on the Universidad Isabel I website, not on some certicloud site; it has definitely been treated as an actual Spanish título propio credential by credible credential evaluation bodies. This increasingly looks like a marketing tactic to receive more payments.
