As of November 2025, SPL does not offer exam vouchers. I advise registering for these through Washington State Library instead. You can register for its learning portal through your KCPL account (SPL has a reciprocity agreement with KCPL) or with a Washington State Library card on Washington State Library's portal website. Also, some exams are no longer offered due to funding cuts. I think this was the case for Adobe Certified Professional and a couple others. Check out my forum post for info.
If anyone here is in Seattle, it's worth mentioning that Sno-Isle Public Library (reciprocity with SPL) offers free access to *preparatory* CLEP exams via Pearson's. Pierce County Library System and Timberland Regional Library (reciprocity with SPL) also offer official College Board preparatory exams and courses via LearningExpress. I know that Pearson's test prep is available via Gale Learning which is offered by KCLS and SPL as well. The prep exams are a good supplement to Modern States' courses.
