City Vision University is a pretty good DEAC institution in regards to cost, they've partnered with Saylor.org, and other organizations for undergrad. A Masters can be had for ~$5K if you're resourceful in transferring credits and they have several concentrations or degrees at the Masters level to select from, even though they're NA, some of these concentrations are niche specific...
