AACSB accreditation only matters to other AACSB schools (either to teach at them or go on to them for a higher degree). In the workplace, it is irrelevant.
The other two recognized accreditors of business programs are completely irrelevant.
As for school choice, I'd recommend staying domestic. Fewer hassles, fewer potential questions, fewer decisions made about you without you even knowing it. But if I did choose a foreign school, I'd choose one from WITHIN a respected higher education system, not one that's merely legal or tolerated. (That goes for degrees from these schools that are outside their recognition, like "propio.")
I'm not dumping on these schools. I'm merely pointing out that they come with a lot of questions you might not want to keep answering. For example, no one is going to question an MBA from Heriot-Watt University, but they might question one earned from a school based in Kyrgyzstan using accreditation from Malta. Or something.
