You do make a great point; there was discussion ad nauseam. Appreciate and respect your thought process, input, and commentary style.

To put into context, there were just a few individuals on this forum who made several serious and erroneous claims this year.
Such serious allegations were fact-checked and determined to be incorrect. While opinions are protected, when there are statements presented as factual claims, which are then proven to be false, those false accusations then fall under slanderous, libelous, erroneous, and defamatory, potentially damaging statements. 

That does create a need for some quality research and clarification. Funnily, most recently, 1 more member quoted someone's post from 4+ years ago, and doesn't seem to have cared for any of the relevant details that actually matter.

Translation into plain English: When just a few people, even if it's literally two people, constantly describe some "thing" as a diploma mill, racket, scam, illegal, worthless, junk, and make flawed arguments that just because a distance learning centre is not a public université in France, that it is not functioning as a private university, or that the centre has no rights to confer awards, and then it turns out that all of those statements are proven to be wrong and that the school in question is actually doing a great job and progressing, the response is not an argument; it's simply uncovering the truth. 

However, there is the argument that "a man convinced against his will, is of the same opinion stiill." - In a letter from a "T.B." to the editor of The Belfast Mercury in 1786.
