Degrees from unofficial sources like this are not evaluated by NACES members as being equivalent to degrees from accredited schools in the U.S.
The French system allows this practice, but it doesn't regulate it. Schools like this would be called "unaccedited" if they operated in the U.S. Their degrees are routinely treated as such.
Repeating false statements does not make them true. And the more one must explain it, the less legitimate it is.
