Methinks this reveals a deep, black hole in the attention-to-detail department. Poor attention to detail=poor test scores.

InstantCert alone, studied and retained properly, will likely result in at least a passing grade on most tests for most people most of the time. Feedback on this forum would support that argument. There are obviously always going to be exceptions and I'm not surprised that 2-post elazzeh was one.
