As an employer which graduate degree/certificates to do, would be viewed better?

Yes, it is Amberton and their graduate certificates are just 12 credit hours. For those that need certificates to be 18 credit hours, they do have additional courses that could be taken along with their Graduate Certificates. That is what I am doing with their Human Resource Management certificate.
