Are you sure that Penn Foster and Clovis have the courses mentioned in the original post as well?
EDIT: here is http://www.clovis.edu/downloads/Fall2010Schedule.pdf. I don't see anything for Operating Systems, although there does seem to be something related to networking (traffic management). They also have Database Design, so maybe that would work as well.
