Any property managers or apartment managers?

I recently got a 2nd job managing a 20 unit apartment complex. I get free rent but there's a lot more work involved than I originally anticipated. The work is bearable and I like the fact that it doesn't interfere too much with my full time job, but am I getting underpaid? Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
