They won't take the F and if they don't take it, it shouldn't show up on your GPA. The problem you would run into with your GPA would be if you had a D. COSC took my D in chemistry. (hey... I was in high school and took my first ever chemistry class at a local community college
) So, I had the tough choice of seeing if they would remove it and replacing the credits, or leaving it on and really hurting my GPA. My choice? Keep the D and the credits. LOL... I really don't think you'll run into this with an F though. It just won't appear.
