Ok, this is an interesting situation. You only need org behavior to complete your BSBA and two courses for the BA. I would call the registrars office and check on two bachelors on the same date. I just checked the catalog and it only references an associates and bachelors awarded on the same date. "Students who desire both a Thomas Edison State College associate degree and a Thomas Edison State College baccalaureate degree may have both degrees awarded together in the same graduation cycle" (Undergraduate Academic Policies - Thomas Edison State College - acalog ACMSâ„¢).
Depending on what they say about two bachelors, you might also consider the Mathematics, ASNSM and your BSBA CIS on the same conferral date? You obviously have the associates credits already completed. This way you would have a specific math credential and can still begin your masters on schedule.

TESC does have a BA, Mathematics degree. It's just not common on this board, no tests available for the upper level maths.
