I love everyone here - especially Maniac and let's not fight 
This is truly one of the nicest place with the nicest people I've ever met - in person or virtually.
We all have different learning styles and I am discovering a lot about my own adult learning style Lindagerr - I think I probably have ADHD too as I'm discovering, so learning how to teach myself has been a whole new journey. Anyway.. the point is nothing will work for everyone here at every time. We all feel passionately about what has worked for us. I am no exception. I will preach IC to anyone who will listen.. because that has been my secret, but it may not be for everyone. My brother was surprised that I used supplements to IC and I was surprised that he didn't.
