Conclusion: InstantCert is an auxiliary study tool, not a primary study tool. My advice for those who wish to use it is study first, and if you need some extra help, InstantCert probably isn't a bad way to go. If you want to save time and money, skip InstantCert altogether.

While I believe this is exaggerated, it is true that starting with IC in a subject about which you know nothing can be a bit tedious. I fell in love with the audio because it makes it so much easier to get started.

InstantCert is not a hand-it-to-you-on-a-platter curriculum. It's more of a guide to what to study. At least, that's how I use it.

As far as IC teaching you nothing, that's quite up to you. If you take it at face value and do nothing but memorize the blanks, then yes, you've learned scarcely anything. If you use it to understand the concepts and motivate further research, then there's no denying that IC is teaching you something.
