PennFoster doesn't ship books anymore for their degree programs. All resources required are available online.
However, it is not like you jump in and start taking exams. You actually have to finish reading for a course, participate in forum posts, answer and submit assignments/quizzes etc before you can schedule a proctored exam.
I am sorry to say this, but your plan is too ambitious to finish degree in a month. I don't think it is possible, at least here in the USA. Have you looked if a possible option exists in your home country? If so, you might be able to get a course-by-course evaluation done proving your degree (from home country) is equivalent to a 4-year US degree, and this may qualify you for your master's degree.
