ENEB New Master Thread

Can anyone who recently completed their programs and received with ENEB digital diploma, did you receive the digital Isabel University diploma as well or are you being required to purchase that separately?

I am asking because my spouse just received their ENEB digital diploma a couple of days ago. When I reached out to ENEB while I was waiting for my diplomas they were pushing me to purchase the Isabel digital diploma. I did not.

We need to use ACEI to do an evaluation (they're one of 3 on the list of evaluators we need to use). We reached out to ACEI to see if we can do the evaluation without the UI1 diploma but they were useless in their response. I'd like to save the $160 on the Isabel digital diploma towards the evaluation.

I had to pay for the UI1 docs as well.  Timeline was kinda long though - finished both programs in in May, got the Coaching Master ENEB docs in June, got the MBA+Team Mgmt ENEB docs in July (though I finished that BEFORE the Coaching one by about a week), and just got the UI1 docs last week, though I expected those to take longer.  Note that the dates on the UI1 diplomas do NOT reflect the dates on the ENEB docs...that didn't matter to me, but YMMV.  Heck, even the ENEB docs had dates that were not in line with the course completions, but again, no biggie for me personally.

I completed an ENEB master 2 weeks ago and got my ENEB certifcate and transcript. I received an email saying that I have to pay to get my UI1 certificate.
I didn’t pay as I am not in a rush to get the certificate.
Today I received an email that my downloads area was updated with a new UI1 certificate and it was the new masters I completed 2 weeks ago.

Do you recall which link you made the purchase from?

I'll gladly link what I get once completed.  I have sent in to both ECE and IEE (MBA+Team Mgmt and a Master in Coaching - a riff on the HR/Exec Ldrshp route).  I uploaded the docs to ECE myself but also later asked that ENEB sends them in as well since all the ECE stuff I found said that the records must come from the institution.  At this point it still says docs pending (I purchased the eval on Monday), though Academy@ENEB said they sent the docs as well yesterday.  No rush on my side though.  For IEE, I purchased the eval yesterday, uploaded the docs, and in addition paid the $48 or whatever it was to have ENEB send the docs from their end as well (NOTE* I haven't paid to send to ECE and ENEB never said I needed to, which I though was kinda odd?), and ENEB confirmed they sent the docs to IEE early this morning.  I'm hoping to hear from them (ECE & IEE) one way or another by end of next week.

That would be very helpful. I take it that your Isabel diploma is from this year (2025). Does the diploma happen to have grades on it?

Well, not sure they are "scamming" you - I think they lost track of all their various discounts, options, specials and such. Do you have a screenshot of the offer you did buy? Maybe that can help...

But we know that they try everything to make another buck with their students.

So I finally got both evals back eLearner.  I did a course by course eval for both ECE and IEE.  ECE lists the courses and total credits as one unit (for lack of a better term), and the grade is an "S" for the entire block, which as I understand is generally viewed as a 3.0.  IEE listed the courses individually AND did the conversion to the 4.0 scale for an actual GPA.  Interesting note with IEE - I did the MBA+Team Management Masters, and the Coaching and Mindfulness Master.  With that some courses were duplicates, such as Occupational Welfare.  IEE gave me 3.5 credits for that specific course on my Coaching Master, but only 2.0 credits on the MBA+ Master (grade was the same, only credits differ).  Something to consider if that matters to you.  ECE evaluated as an RA Bachelors for both and IEE evaluated as an RA Grad Cert for both as expected, in line with what others have gotten previously.  Also interesting if you're a detail nerd like me, IEE specifically calls out ENEB in the evals as both the teaching institution and when the records came from (though they do list UI1 as the issuing institution) whereas ECE has zero mention of ENEB and only lists UI1.  Final point of comparison - ECE gave 36 credits for MBA+, IEE gave 34.  ECE gave 30 credits for Coaching, IEE gave 31.5 for those interested.  No grades on UI1 docs, only on ENEB docs.  Also, the other specializations we get/I got as a part of the deal (AI in business and Prj Mgmt) delayed the process at both ECE and IEE.  I never submitted them for eval in my orders, but ENEB sent them (which isn't a bad thing).  That prompted both IEE and ECE to contact me a few times for more details, specifically they wanted the UI1 docs supporting those ENEB specializations.  I told them I know that they aren't from UI1, and that they can disregard including them in the evals, and it went swimmingly after that.

I'll have to convert those to PDFs to read them. I stopped using Word a long time ago and only use OpenOffice.

If your Isabel diploma is from 2025 and you could (block out your name) and post it, that would be great, no pressure though.

ECE seems to have a very wrong idea about the significance of who emails the transcript (the University or the teaching institution). That's actually entirely insignificant. All that matters is who originally issues it, meaning who made it and signed it. Hopefully they evolve to understand that.
