ENEB New Master Thread

In case anyone is interested in the apostille, I am currently in contact with a notary in Valencia/Spain (since I frequently visit the city) and it appears like they'll do the apostille for the UI1 Certificate for 90€ (probably 2x45€ = 2 pages) which comes around cheaper than what eneb charges for them and holds the same authority. Especially if you already bought the UI1 certificate in the past without apostille (since eneb only offers you to buy eneb passport now, not just the apostille). Once I've completed the process, I'll let you know how it went (if I remember)

My spouse is in the middle of waiting for the Isabel diploma, but it's taking a hot minute to receive them. She is in a rush to get the evaluations completed for her job as she needs board approval to increase pay scale based on graduate credits.

Question: Has anyone been able to successfully get their IEE evaluations completed without having the UI1 diplomas officially issued?

I tried doing a search in this thread and the old one but didn't find any specific information.

I would strongly suggest waiting for the UI1 diploma before going through with the IEE evaluation. I didn't wait and now have to request a revision, as IEE results returned an equivalency of a "Graduate Certificate in Business Administration from an unaccredited institution." This is for the Global MBA degree program evaluated course by course. IEE gave 1.5 credits each for the 22 courses totally 33.00 hrs. IEE also provided a GPA.

What usually bothers me a bit is, that UI1 doesn't "grant" or "confers" a degree to you. They always say "certificate" which can mean anything. So is this stuff a "real degree" (maybe titulo propio) or do you just get a "certificate" of your education and this education is certified by UI1.
If you stick strictly to the letter of the certificate it might be illegal to use the "title" of Master or MBA in most EU-States.

The ENEB Homepage talks about "degrees", but can, as I understand, not issue degrees by itself.

It's embarrassing to see some forum members include UI1 in their signatures (especially the ones who don't even mention Eneb), falsely presenting themselves as UI1 graduates. Despite UI1's clear stance that participants are not UI1 graduates, certain members use misleading arguments to claim otherwise. For instance, some point to IEE or ECE validations or Ui1's online verifications to justify their claims, while others, like one individual calling himself a "Dr.," argues that his degree on LinkedIn has never been questioned . Another member even claimed that the relationship between ENEB and UI1 is like that of an edX. Their logic is flawed, having a degree recognized as equivalent by another institution, doesn’t make one a UI1 graduate. 

It's like claiming a Stanford degree because Stanford University issued a certificate declaring that a Saylor Academy degree is equivalent to a RA Master's.

With the new collaboration offering up to 15 ECTS credits transferable to official programs and the introduction of a "título propio," some members may feel emboldened to misrepresent themselves as UI1 graduates. However, the validity of these credits is questionable, has anyone confirmed whether Universidad Isabel I actually accept them? Most European countries don’t recognize títulos propios for transfer, even from state universities, with rare exceptions among private institutions.
To be clear, I’m an ENEB graduate myself and understand the temptation to leverage UI1’s name on a resume for practical reasons. But doing so in this forum, where the distinction is well known (or apparently it's not), feels disingenuous. You're allowed to use MBA next to your name if you have a titulo propio in EU, but I'm not sure if that also applies to institutions like Eneb.

UI1 isn't a famous or well-known school. What's the point/benefit of pretending to be a UI1 graduate?  Are you being too sensitive?

The landscape of alternative credentials is evolving rapidly, and many professionals leverage validated experiences in ways that, while perhaps not strictly literal, are intended to communicate the substance of their learning in a crowded market. Rather than a focus on correcting others, the most constructive path is often to confidently represent your own qualifications with precision and take pride in that integrity, allowing the value of your representation to stand on its own merit.


On a side note, my brother shared today that the ENEB's turnaround time has been 2-4 days on grading assignments, which is much faster than I had anticipated based on some of the latest experiences in the thread.

Getting the final documents once finished will probably be the same delayed story shared here countless times.

That's interesting.  They delayed my evaluation because while I sent in all of my ENEB documents, I sent in Universidad Isabel I diploma for my MBA program only but had not sent in the dual Masters Universidad Isabel I diploma for my Digital Marketing and Analytics & AI programs because I did not know we had to purchase those separately as I did not purchase my Universidad Isabel I MBA diploma separately.    This was 3 months ago as I was waiting on the UI1 diploma and finally got it the following morning after sending an email to ENEB inquiring about it.

I'm not surprised about your unaccredited result as Universidad Isabel I serves as the accreditor so they want you to pay for the UI1 diploma to get an accredited result.  I see IEE continues to shave hours for each course down as it looks as though they want to keep the total credit hours under 36 which is the rough equivalent of an official Masters degree.  I will post my results once IEE evaluates them in the next day or two.

Hello everyone!

I received my ENEB ECE evaluation 3 days ago and forgot to post it until now. In any case, I can confirm that, just like a few recent evaluations here on DegreeForum, I was still able to get both my MBA and Master's in Project Management degrees evaluated as Bachelor's degrees. Like another poster noted, all of my courses from both degrees got put together in two large blocks and counted as a total of 30 US credits with "S" grades. I'll be primarily using the degrees for employment purposes, but might consider doing another evaluation with IEE if I decide that I want transfer credit for another MBA program in the future.

I will attach both of my censored evaluation sheets for anyone's reference. I hope this helps and have a great day!

Being proactive to confirm the most effective use case with the ENEB degrees for my brother

His core interests:

1. Credit Transfer to TESU: Apply ENEB RA credits to BSBA

2. University Entry in Germany

Purpose: Use ENEB credentials for eligibility to enroll in a German university.
Only used if he wants to enroll before Q1 2026 (TESU degree completion).


3. Internship Opportunities in Germany

* Requirement: Some internships request a bachelor’s degree, while others accept proof of enrollment.

Credential Question:

Challenge: Understanding the most viable path for credential recognition.
Current Status: Validential (previously used) no longer appears to be a workable option.
Possible Path: Would ECE evaluation, 30 credits per degree, be the best way forward?

Have I missed a better option for him?

I decided to pursue the UNISEB Validation, primarily for the Ui1 transcript, and for the reasons below:

I had primarily intended to take a Master's program at ENEB/Ui1 to be submitted to ECE for the US RA Equivalency, but I took a "Double Master (MBA + Master) thinking I would earn two diplomas, but I didn't know at the time that the diplomas could not be separated.

After my completion of the ENEB MBA + Master program, ENEB has informed me that the Double Master (MBA + Master) is considered a single program and that if I wanted to have two separate diplomas, I would have to take each program independently.

This UNISEB transfer campaign allows me to "convalidate" the MBA portion of the ENEB "MBA + Master" program as a Ui1 UNISEB MBA diploma with a transcript issued by Ui1. It effectively allows me to separate/extract the MBA portion from the ENEB/Ui1 "MBA + Master" into a single MBA.

ENEB doesn't reissue the original "MBA + Master" as a standalone Master diploma at the end of this process either, which is a sticking point with me. It bugs me that my US RA Bachelor's Equivalency evaluation by ECE currently reads "MBA + Master".

For this reason, in addition to the UNISEB transfer for the MBA, I have decided to re-do a ENEB Master degree as a single Master program which I will use solely for US RA Bachelor's degree equivalency via ECE

It seems perhaps down the line, some of the other ENEB programs will also be eligible for the UNISEB transfer. I say this because while registering, I saw in the PDF brochure (in Spanish) from ISEB, there are 17 ENEB programs that are mapped for a UNISEB Transfer. On the dropdown menu during that registration process, was only the MBA option for transfer to UNISEB. I am told that it is because ISEB only offers courses in Spanish at this time. (Except for the MBA transfer program in English, by mid-October).
