Okayama University of Science (a private university, not to be confused with Okayama University) is offering an online bachelor's degree in Information Science and Engineering, with the caveat that the entire program is done in Japanese. Still, it seems open to the idea of foreigners taking the course, although application documents do have to be mailed to the office (including proof of Japanese fluency).
While this degree will not be attractive to most users in this forum, it might be useful for Japanese diaspora abroad or to anyone looking to improve their Japanese while doing a bachelor's.

I can see the appeal for Japanese diaspora communities or people who want to build a career connected to Japan. A fully online Japanese bachelor's degree in IT, AI, data science, and digital media is a unique combination.
