Is it possible to do these without being enrolled? i would like to do them now and then transfer to TESC when i enroll after getting all my CELPs and DSSTs done Is this possible?

Yes - you can do them now and transfer them later.

That's great you have found the most economical route for you, but it may not be the same for everyone. For instance, I took my Straighterline courses after I enrolled as my employer's tuition reimbursement would only pay for the courses if I was enrolled in a two or four year degree.
