3 Digit DSST score to 2 digist DSST Score

WHAT!?!?!
So i Just took "Fundamentals of Counseling" DSST and scored a 407. but on their website it says that A is 52, B 47 C 45. so by your logic, its only pass/fail ,but on their website their point system is 2 digits

If you transfer schools they will transfer as pass / fail and not at a letter grade since it is an Excelsior policy to award a grade other schools aren't obliged to follow and I've not heard of any who do.
