321 human resource management

I am currently taking this class but the material of this course is not helpful in my opinion. Does anyone know if i can drop this class and take it over at Sophia?

I don't think Sophia has a Human Resource course.

From the UMPI transfer credit database, it shows that you do:

Business 306 is the specific Study.com course that the OP would need to transfer in as UMPI's 321. Business 106 transfers in as a lower level elective. To the OP, that would require additional money spent though and the proctored exam that Study.com requires. Probably not worth it since you're already paying for the UMPI session.

If you submit Business 106 via Credly, it comes in as UMPI BUS 321
If you submit Business 106 directly from Study.com, it comes in as BUS 1XX Business Elective 3.00

Like RJ77 mentioned, it would probably be best to just complete it with UMPI. If you really don't want to take it at UMPI, take Study.com BUS 306 just to be safe.

Sophia.org doesn't have the class you're looking for, either bite the bullet and continue with UMPI or take it at Study.com

If you're looking at the transfer database, keep in mind it shows how courses have transferred in the past. So if at some point they accepted business 106 as BUS321, it would show this without any updates to say it's no longer accepted. The transfer database is only updated when a course is transferred in again and they reevaluate it. In the last year or so, UMPI has reevaluated a lot of courses from Sophia and Study and several courses changed on how they were transferred in.

Yes, you can use outside sources!  I used many for HR at UMPI.  I'm an HR professional and found it to be a pretty straightforward course!
