Am I missing something here?
I've never been asked to figure out which grad courses I'd like to transfer. I've been to 4 grad programs. I am not qualified to determine what is acceptable as transfer credit as I do not work there and know what their internal policies are.

That's fair. I have, but maybe that was weird. In any case, I don't read the application as saying that they will accept whatever I list for transfer. They will still do the evaluation. That's what I thought the original comment was saying.
But maybe I misunderstood the original comment.

I thought that the usual rule for the US, was that the credits wouldn´t have been applied to an already obtained degree. Maybe in this case it´s different?

Different subjects , I got a degree in urban affairs and a degree in public administration , both similar but have their own differences. It’s kind of like public policy can be similar to politics or international relations, business administration and management, criminal justice compared to public safety or homeland security, healthcare administration compared to health sciences etc. Many programs are similar but it all depends on the program structure and required courses. It all depends on the school if they are willing to allow it and accept the credits towards their program.

My question "Would attending the MLM program at least half time qualify students for the federal In-School Student Deferment for student loans?"
Response: "Elmwood is not a Title IV funded school therefore our students are not eligible or able to qualify for in-school deferments."
I've never looked into a NA program before and was curious.

Some NA including DEAC programs are Title IV (and some RA are not like American College of Education, and there are some non Title IV programs at generally Title IV institutions).

This might depend on who accredits them.  I was told they couldn’t be applied to a second degree by one school (I think it was Eastern), but another school said it is fine.  So perhaps it is ok for DEAC.  i don’t know that for sure.
