I need help in putting this together, what would be the quickest way to finish up a Excelsior liberal arts degree? I'm willing to put more Fema on a transcript in order to fill up more of the Free electives, can anyone give me a roadmap on what exams to take and so on.

Okay, so first you need the tools.
Download the Liberal Arts Catalog and Student Guide to Credit by Exam:
School Catologs - excelsior.edu
Also, download the Degree Chart for the BSLS:
Excelsior College | Program Details
This will be much easier for you in the long run, if you know how to create a degree plan. As you need to make adjustments, you will be able to do it yourself.
It will also be easier for you to study, if you can choose exams that match your interests.
Also, note that the Gen Ed requirements are changing soon. We do not know if that is the only change or if a few more things will be adjusted.

Next put your current credits and exam choices into a degree chart and post it here.
Then we can look it over for you and make some suggestions.
