Great find! It's rare to find any culinary ACE courses. There was someone looking for culinary classes not long ago.

If someone is into culinary classes and also looking into getting a Big 3 general or liberal studies degree, these would be pretty good free electives. It won't be the cheapest, but it will be "easy", "fast", and "fun", basically, geared for your own interests.
