ALEKS -> ACE Slow

I submitted an ACE request on the 28th, and it's still showing pending. The three days has long past (and it didn't take this long the first time). Anyone else have this problem before? If so how did you solve it?

I used ALEKS email to contact customer support, waiting on that.

Perhaps the long holiday weekend is part of the cause. Lots of people take vacation this time of the year . I know some things in my office are on hold until the people who handle them return from vacation.

Just a thought.

I swear I posted this already... but a little over an hour after I emailed them via ALEKS they approved it, guess I just got lost in the queue somewhere.

It must have been a glitch or the holiday weekend. I put in my request for ACE for intermediate algebra one morning and they transcribed it that same evening.

Yeah, maybe, that was my experience with Bus Stats. Put it in one day and was done the next. I honestly started thinking it might have been delayed because I did it the same day (85% on the initial assessment) they approved Bus Stats.
