It is actually considered to be against the integrity rules. Check your schools guidelines I know it was specifically stated in mine.

From an ethical standpoint I agree with the others that have said reuse as you see fit - it is your work to use over and over again. Of course, if your school does not allow you to resubmit papers for different classes then you will have to submit to their rules.
