High school senior path?

There would seem to be much better options, like UMPI or WGU. SNHU could be another good one because of the range of majors available. Even UoPeople could be an ok option. But again, I could have missed something?

I'm purposefully taking multiple RA classes at my local community college because once I have my bachelor, I will go back to the CC for a 2 year ASL-English Interpreting Program. Most people get their associates from the CC and then go into the Interpreting program, but I'd rather go into it with a bachelor if possible. The minimum requirements for the program are ASL 1-4, so I will be taking those (plus a few others) at the local CC. So, if I understand right, I could take 24 units at my local cc to count toward the 30 RA credits, right?

Yes, you can take 24 credits at the community college and take the capstone/cornerstone combo at TESU for the 30 RA credits. It really depends on you, your spreadsheet shows the note copied from one of my posts. The flat rate isn't that number anymore... It's 4,428.

TESU max transfer of 114 credits (90 Alternative, 24 RA, 6 at TESU) or (90 alternative, 15 RA, 15 at TESU). Depending on which way you do things, you can still get this done in 1 term of 12 weeks. Cost is 6 credits plus residency waiver fee $7628 or the flat rate tuition $4896.

Thanks for the rate clarification. That's not a concern at this point, but I appreciate the note!

Thank you for the clarification. If I understand correctly, you'll be taking CC courses over the next two years anyway, and you're looking for a bachelor's degree with enough flexibility to use those courses, plus third-party courses, leaving minimal coursework at the school awarding the bachelor's degree? If so, the TESU recommendation makes more sense to me now.
