Accounting/Finance - SL vs Study.com vs Shmoop
#1
I've taken a few classes through Study.com, and I like the format.

But I'm not so good with numbers and formulas. Which might be preferable for such as I? To just continue with Study.com for the accounting, or give Straighterline a shot? Or Shmoop?

I must take Managerial and Financial accounting, and finance.

I liked format of the accounting classes I took at Study.com more than SL. I haven't taken anything from Shmoop.

I think if you want to pass with less effort, Straighterline. If you want to learn more, then not Straighterline Smile

Most people don't take the same class with both providers, so there's no way to know which way is better. I would say that if you already know and like Study.com, to stick with that format, unless/until it provides some sort of problem for you.

Maybe I'm the odd one out, but I thought SL's equivalent to Intermed Acc I was more difficult than Study.com because of the way the material was presented. Study.com is def better for retention and grasp of the subject. I haven't taken anything through Shmoop, so no opinion there.
