Affordable accredited doctorate options under 10k

You're only allowed to take so many classes at one time and you cannot stack other classes with your dissertation sequence. You have to do a lot of writing. Get IRB approval to do your study. In my doctoral program I had to complete a lot of writing and get a ton of approvals before getting IRB
approval. You're friends on facebook saying they went through an entire dissertation in one semester is false and if not maybe you should ask where they went because to me it doesn't make sense. In a master's program you can stack a lot of classes. This is a different ball game.
It’s on South’s FB group … 3 guys posted (search one term) and they said they were able to do so the new policy now prevents it due to grading

I'm currently at South and on both FB groups. There have been exactly zero people who have completed any doctorate there (EdD or DBA, etc) in one six month term. It was not possible before and it's definitely not possible now with the change in grading timelines. Finishing in two terms was possible before, but now it much more difficult. The most likely scenario for a highly motivated student is now finishing in 3-4 terms.

Does anyone know of schools that are regionally accredited (RA) or have an equivalent NACES recognized RA status abroad that offer doctoral programs such as PhD, DBA, DPA, or doctorates in IT, leadership, business, or health, and that also allow for graduate level transfer credits to complete quicker?

I already have credits from programs like MAOL, MSB, MBA, and ENEB coursework across four degree programs.

What I am looking for
• Budget under 10,000 after credit transfer
• Transfer friendly with the ability to accept a large number of credits
• Duration of two years or less
• Format competency based education is preferred but traditional delivery is fine
• Purpose this is mainly for employment promotion and a pay increase. I understand some options may be called diploma mills, but as long as they are NACES approved and can be evaluated by agencies such as WES, ECE, or IEE, that is acceptable. The key requirement is that it must be RA and not NA.

Programs I am currently considering
• OSU DHCA. With 30 transfer credits I would only need 32 more. The total cost quoted was about 11,000 including all fees.
• South College. About two terms for 14,000.
• Edgewood. Around 10,000. I am a dual citizen from Asia, but I am unsure about the strength of their accreditation.

I have also seen various European and Swiss schools advertised mostly on Facebook and Instagram. Many of them claim accreditation that is not recognized by WES and end up being diploma mills charging only a few thousand dollars for a doctor title. I do not feel comfortable going that route.

If anyone knows of legitimate and affordable options that are transfer friendly and recognized by NACES I would greatly appreciate the recommendations.

Walden has an accelerated PhD in Management if you are already a doctorate candidate at another intitute (all but dissertation status), if they accept a UK Level 8 certificate for this 'status' then the tuition will only be a little bit over 10k, doable in 1.5 years.
Then I also discovered a PhD in business from Girne American University, I saw on facebook someone already used it for WES evaluation as a RA doctorate. The tuition I enquired was around $9000+, coursework seems easy (also level 8 + dissertation pathway), so seemingly doable in 1-1.5 years since they allow acceleration.  though they require 5 yrs of work experience.  If you are interested you may dm me , I might also consider this pathway.
The only downside is that it is located in the controversial northern cyprus...

Someone mentioned Universitat Obreto de Catalunya as having PhDs under $10K on the ENEB thread, but I couldn't confirm.

They also mentioned this as being accredited in Malta: https://gcas.ie/phd-natural-sciences

No, it doesn't. You should consider the opportunity cost as well. Is studying at a foreign university really worth saving 4k USD? A local university is the better choice, imo.

Wait a moment, you completed the MSB from UMPI? Did you get verification on how many MAOL classes can transfer? Anyways, there are so many choices to go with, it's just that the budget of 10K is what I am also looking at. Equivalents from the PI is something I am strongly looking at, AMA options specifically if they're at $5K USD each, I was looking at two doctorates from them...
