American Government is a no-brainer, can't figure out why they didn't add that a long time ago. Many, many schools require this course.

They'll continue to add courses, we won't know what's up next until we go through the ACE database, hopefully they read the threads and try to accommodate these requests... I think it's a great option for them to add courses that are harder to find. We'll see...

I don’t know why it’s so hard for an alt provider to offer this. They can offer 100 different kinds of electives but not a course that most colleges require (Other than when instacert did ) which I took and appreciated.

Not everyone is American and can take the CLEP.
Of Americans, not all have access to a CLEP testing center.
Of those who don't have access to a testing center, not everyone trusts the online proctor they've chosen to use.

its not that expensive nor difficult I second this. I did this CLEP for free through modern states a few years ago and added some more free materials: American government/politics Crash Course(YouTube), REA study guide and practice tests(library) Peterson practice tests(library), read the constitution (free app).

Sure. But I’m just saying there is a demand for the course, prolly much more than personal finance or preparing for the future of work.

First, it's not considered one of the easier CLEP exams to take. Second, lots of people don't like having everything falling on a single exam.
But like Pats20 said, this is a course that has huge demand - so why aren't they offering it instead of silly things like College Success or Developing Effective Teams?
