So for excelsior, Business Ethics & Society is an UL Humanities, Social Science or applied/business?
Yes, DSST Business Ethics & Society is UL in humanities at EC. Double-check in the latest Student Guide to Credit by Exam. https://www.excelsior.edu/469
Now, about the depth in humanities, it is my uderstanding that a depth has to be more specific and not so general (with the exception of math and history). Some examples are listed here - Liberal Arts Bachelors FAQ - excelsior.edu Religion/philosphy, art, literature are specific subjects within the humanities category. Are you enrolled? Have you already gotten your depth options worked out with your advisor? Possibly a depth in religion/philosophy is still valid; I just haven't seen one before.
If not and you need more help, let us know. What depths were you planning? What do you already have several credits in? If it needs to be Arts & Sciences, then History, Math, Psychology have exam options to create a depth.
