Any Website Design Courses out there ?

I have become intersted in website design. Anyone have a line on self paced of "start anytime" college courses in this area ? UMass offering is interesting, looking for something like that......though I would consider something non credit if its good (and preferably cheap). For credit would be my preference though.

At about $4000 to complete its not really a viable option for me right now. Need something much more cost effective.

UC Berkeley Extension has a substantial number of CS courses with offerings in numerous development languages and web development.
