Just wanted to give a quick update – since ACE updated the system over the weekend we are now able to submit transcripts electronically via email to TESC. The transcript is delivered in 1 hour for the same fee $15. I submitted a request this morning, it was processed and sent within the hour. The status read sent/not viewed. I checked ACE for an update late afternoon and the status had changed to viewed, by whom and the date. Logged into student services and it has also been updated as transcript received. This new process knocked at least 10-14 days off the actual mail and receipt processing time. Great progress!!
