PF stands for Penn Foster, it's a school course you're looking into. You get grades from course assignments and quizzes or exams. You need to apply to their courses and have them ship you everything. I am planning to take my PF course in Financial Management for credit at TESU.
To register, call them at 1 800-572-1714, or Call 1-800-233-0259 or 1-800-238-9554 and tell them you want to sign up for the individual course. If you are also looking at the same course, see this PDF.
It's for Financial Management, has a lot of pages and info for that course.

Insurance Institutes of America - Ethics 312 (2 credits)
Kaplan University Open Learning LRC100(1 credit)
TEEX- Online for Everyone Cyber 101 (2 credits)
Did you follow the steps provided in my previous post to go into an easier algebra and force an assessment?
BTW, You have 3 credits for the Kaplan course. These courses are great for free electives or gen ed electives.

Yes, these are great free elective credit. So I don't have to spend money and more time taking other courses.

For the BSBA in general management, could I take intermidiate algebra or college algebra. I requested a new assessment and have completed about 40% of the pie

Hmm, if you're at 40%, you should really change that to Intermediate Algebra first and get 3 credits as an elective for general education, then go to College Algebra.
For the degree, you need College Algebra and Statistics. You should take Intermediate Algebra, College Algebra and Intro to Statistics (easiest of the 3 ALEKS has).
Do a search for ALEKS and methods to "get past" 70%. I was going slow as Math is not my forte, I'm taking all 8 ALEKS because of the cheap credits for gen ed.
I would recommend Beginning Algebra, but TESU stopped taking that as college credit even though it's still recommended by ACE, COSC does as gen ed elective.
