The instructions and rubric tell you what you need to do. When in doubt, always contact your professor. Professors change for classes all the time. Some of the Final Assessments have also changed. For these courses, Vice Chancellor Dorsey emails you several documents for the projects. She is open to Zoom meetings as well.

These are all excellent points with which I agree in principle. The concern that I mentioned earlier is that Vice Chancellor Dorsey seems to reply quickly or not at all, so there is a very real risk of running out of time. Given the choice between requiring an extra session because I'm waiting for a response that may never come and turning in suboptimal work, I will choose the latter.

You do get a Rough Draft submission in these classes just like you do on Strut. I didn't have issues with her responding. I've seen people say she was responsive just a week or so ago. If the on campus students are on Spring Break, that could lead to professors being slower to respond. Seemed like whenever on campus was off then responses slowed down.

Agreed, she is responsive, and relatively quick to reply, but unfortunately, she's inconsistent. As an example, some students have waited weeks for their milestones to be affirmed. This is now a very big deal with the recently introduced final lock-out policy.

Spring Break hasn't been between sessions. I just looked at both calendars and Spring Break was back in March. YourPace classes was still in session and Spring Session 2 began on the first day of on campus Spring Break. 

It seems like the Milestone affirmations is still a work in progress with many professors.

Hmm, UMPI is that small eh? Even the Pres, VP, and Vice Chancellor has courses to teach it seems... I guess that's a great option to keep the school more 'tight knit' and keep the costs low for students! That's an option I guess, it's all good in the long run for both parties...
